WHAT'S IT ABOUT?

A bird, a weasel, a cat, a pig, a dodo, a beaver, some other animals and a "freak" which we cannot identify. It's kind of like the step-children you never thought you had if the cast of South Park had a torrid love affair with all the animals in Charlotte's Web (minus the spiders).

WHO'S RESPONSIBLE?

A guy named Jason Jones, aka "Jonesy".

WHAT'S THE LATEST?

A promise.

HOW DOES IT ALL START?

In the presidential election, you win or you die. Not sure who should be more offended... Clinton of Dinklage.

HOW OFTEN DOES IT GO?

Looks like every few days. Doesn't seem like there is a set schedule.

WHAT'S GOOD?

Bacon is always good.

In all seriousness, the art is adorable and awesome. These characters need their own show and are perfect for animation. Sometimes there is an ongoing story which is a great setup for multiple gags. Each character is distinct in personality and Jonesy is not afraid to take on some touchy subjects with a unique sense of humour (like shanking Bill Cosby in prison). Plus every once in a while there is a full colour strip.

WHAT'S NOT SO GOOD (IN YOUR OPINION ONLY OF COURSE)?

This strip is so good it's a shame we can only find it on Facebook. The format makes it hard to read on Facebook mobile. We would love to see this in a more webcomic format. Just seems like the potential is limited by the medium. But that's just us. Swamp Donkeys has a pretty good following on Facebook so we're not going to get too down on it.

WHAT DON'T WE KNOW WE DON'T KNOW?

WHAT DO YOU REALLY THINK?

Airlines have to learn to just chill sometimes you know? No really, we're super pumped to find this little gem on Facebook (still chuckling about the whole Bill Cosby story arc).

WHAT SHOULD WE READ ON TABULIT LIKE THIS?

These pets don't talk like Swamp Donkeys but they are pretty funny (they also clean themselves the same way).
